1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Accounts and license keys
When you purchase a subscription, you are issued a license key that is bound to your device and account. You are responsible for keeping this key confidential. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law
- Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or the terms of any third-party service
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of any other person
4. Fees and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed by our payment provider and is charged at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentinel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately, and no refund is owed.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
